Spring Fling

This past weekend was the Spring Fling Crop at Life Preservers Scrapbook Club and I had a great time! There are so many talented ladies there that it was easy to get inspired to create. I managed to complete 10 out of 16 challenges which translated into 11 layouts.....yeah ME!!! My creative juices are starting to flow again and I'm feeling more like the ME I know and love....hehehe ;) I even participated in a couple of games which took too much time away from the scrapping but were really fun...especially the Spring Fling Blog Hop....whew, was I ever tired when I got finished that one ;)

Change is Good....right?

Sooo many changes going on right now. First of all...my Blog! I am actually using it....and I made it look pretty :) Drop me a line and let me know what you think!

Second, I guess I am playing "Musical Departments" at work...sigh. What started in October as a full-time Pharmacy Technician position was changed to one Pharmacy shift a week at the begining of March and now today was my last Pharmacy shift for the next month or two. I guess that is one of the pitfalls of being cross-trained....everyone wants you for their department and I'll just go where they need me to for the time being. So, now I am a Supervisor/Merchandiser/Cashier/Photo Lab Tech/Pharmacy Tech....oh, and I can't forget ex-Cash Manager when they need it (b/c I have ALL the answers...lol). Too many name tags and uniform shirts to keep straight....oiy! I think I will just use the "Customer Service" name tag unless I'm in the Pharmacy...should make it a little easier.

On a lighter....and much more creative note...I am going to add some pics of what I was working on last weekend. I participated in the Mother Goose Online Crop at http://www.scrapmymemories.ca/ and I had a great time! The ladies are wonderful and are fabulous scrapbookers.....tons of inspiration there :) I can't wait for their next online crop so I can fill up some more albums.

This weekend, March 27-29, there is another online crop at http://www.lifepreserversclub.com. This is a monthly scrapbook kit club and it is awesome! I can't wait for my first kit to come in May.....I will be stalking the mailman.....lol.
